  • All sales are final with custom products.

  • All items from DRIP Valley are meticulously handmade, with custom orders tailored to your specific requirements.

  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for the crafting of your custom order (up to 3 weeks for group orders)

  • Once your images have been printed (within the first 24 hours) refunds or exchanges will not be accepted.

  • For optimal results, kindly upload high quality images only. The appearance of the merchandise will directly reflect the quality of the images uploaded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
